Top 10 Secret Tips for Online Business Success

Online businesses don’t succeed by accident or without effort. Out of the thousands of would-be entrepreneurs who start an online business every year, only a small percentage will succeed. A recent survey estimates that a stunning 90% of new internet business fail within the first year.

You can avoid being part of that unsettling statistic. I have put together the top 10 secret tips for online business success. These may not be what you’re expecting to hear, but if more entrepreneurs heeded them there will be a lot more success stories.

1. Have a Plan

Everything begins with a plan. In principle, online business is no different from a real world brick and mortar business. People who fail in online business are very often those who think making money online “sounds like a good idea” instead of seeing it as a real business. They jump in without any idea of what they want to do or how to run their business.

Planning should involve:

– what type of business you’re going to start online

– what it will cost

– how you will market it

– what tools and skills you need to start

– how you will finance your online business efforts

– how much time you have to spend on it

– how and where you will network and make business connections

Without taking stock of factors like these before you even begin, you’ll be lucky to achieve any kind of success.

2. Add Action

Top 10 Foods to Boost Your Energy

The amount of food a person eats during a day is mainly responsible for the amount of energy that person has available for the daily actions.

For a regular person with a regular job, a normal and not very exhausting activity span, a healthy diet is something very recommendable. Such a diet usually contains a combination of approximated 40% fibers, 30% proteins, 10% water and natural juice or substitutes and only 20% carbohydrates.

What happens when a person has a job that requires a high amount of energy consumption?

The world is full of people that seem to go from one day to another permanently exhausted and without energy. Most of the time we hear about this people that they just” don’t get enough sleep”. The sleep deprivation is a common cause for the permanent fatigue and also for a constant nervous disposition.

Can sleep be the only responsible for the increased number of tired people that we see all around us daily? Usually under a huge amount of stress people tend to gain weight and the cause for this is not only an unhealthy diet.

When the work piles up and a 24 hr day seems to be insufficient to get the work done we tend to eat a lot of junk food and drink as many energy drinks as we can get our hands on in order to be able to stand and finish the tasks we are given.

The result is of a short term and comes … Continue Reading ...

The Top Ten Mermaid Movies Ever

Most people have seen Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” animated movie. But there are several others which are absolutely excellent – classics. Here they are:

1. My top pick for a mermaid movie is “Splash”. Not only is it funny and the plot wonderful, but there is quite a bit of awesome footage of Daryl Hannah mermaiding in the ocean. We can’t get enough of that! Keep in mind that this is not a children’s movie. It was made in the ’80s, and for the most part it is okay for the family to watch. But there is a little bit of nudity (when the mermaid is walking into New York out of the ocean with nothing but her long hair to cover her) and there is some implication of what she and the Tom Hanks character are doing in the elevator, though nothing is shown. The movie is wonderful, with a great story and awesome mermaid footage and lots of laughs, as well as a great romance.

2. My second top choice is “The Secret of Roan Inish”. This is a safe, quiet movie the entire family can enjoy. It was made in Ireland, and as such is slower and quieter than most American movies. It is about a little Irish girl who moves to live with her grandparents. While there she unwittingly stumbles upon the mystery surrounding the island the family used to live on, called “Roan Inish” (Island of the Seals). As she slowly solves the mystery, she … Continue Reading ...

Best Golf Lesson: How To Stay On Top Of Your Ball

The best golf lesson of late is learning how to stay on the top of your ball during your swing.

Unless you stay on top of your ball during your golf swing, you most likely will sway and shift the top of your spine angle. This will cause the arc of your swing to bottom-out at the wrong point and result in a mishit golf shot.

It is very interesting how the instructional community as well as professional players continue to change the description of simple golf mechanics.

The golf-swing instructions remain the same but the terms and nomenclature to describe different golf mechanics continue to change with each new generation of golf instructors, it seems.

They now have chosen to call this most important discipline: “staying on top of the ball”. “Staying on top of the ball” is required if you wish to hit straight golf shots.

It is a term used to describe how the top of the spine angle should remain stable during the back swing.

Perhaps the best way to describe this necessary discipline to hit a golf ball straight is to maintain eye contact with the ball from the beginning of the swing through contact with the ball.

Theoretically, if you maintain eye contact with your ball throughout your golf swing, you will not be able to move your head laterally away from your ball.

Another way to describe the swing thought of staying on top of the ball is nothing more than the historical … Continue Reading ...
