Mom of Kerala girl who went to Afghanistan to be part of ISIS asks govt to provide her back again

K Bindu, mother of Nimisha Fathima, has urged the Indian federal government to convey her daughter back from Afghanistan. Fathima has been imprisoned in Afghanistan considering that 2019 right after she allegedly joined the Islamic Condition militant team.

K Bindu, a indigenous of Thiruvananthapuram and the mother of Nimisha Fathima, has urged the Indian government to deliver her daughter and 4-12 months-outdated grandchild back from Afghanistan. This comes days immediately after the Taliban took regulate of Afghanistan and the Ashraf Ghani-led government collapsed.

Nimisha Fathima, together with 3 other gals, had still left Kerala allegedly to be part of the Islamic Point out (IS) militant group a few yrs ago. All four females were being then imprisoned in Afghanistan in 2019.

It is now getting speculated that the four women from Kerala are stranded in Kabul immediately after a Taliban jailbreak freed them from jail. The jailbreak took area immediately after the Taliban took regulate of Afghanistan’s money city, Kabul, on Sunday.
