InMotion moves HQ to Las Vegas | Jax Day-to-day File | Jacksonville Day-to-day Document

It seems Jacksonville has lost a company headquarters.

Soon after a merger with a sister division, InMotion Enjoyment Team LLC, which sells electronics and equipment in airports, moved its headquarters to Las Vegas.

Its preceding room at 4801 Executive Park Court, Suite 100, in Centre Issue Business Park alongside Philips Freeway north of Butler Boulevard, is for lease and the InMotion signage has been eradicated. 

Landlord Plymouth Industrial REIT says 29,600 square toes of industrial and versatile area is out there where inMotion vacated.

InMotion Leisure Group LLC registered with the condition in April that its headquarters deal with is in Las Vegas. Its prior yearly filings confirmed Jacksonville as the base. 

InMotionStores.com lists the headquarters as 3755 W. Sunset Street in Las Vegas.

The transfer stems from a buyout almost 3 several years in the past.

London-based WH Smith PLC accomplished a deal Nov. 30, 2018, to get Jacksonville-based mostly InMotion for $198 million, according to then InMotion President and CEO Jeremy Smith.
