LYONS, Ill. (WLS) — Investigators in southwest suburban Lyons are making ready to dig in a backyard Friday to search for bodies that could be buried there,

Excavation equipment will get there Friday to start off digging in the yard immediately after two brothers said their loved ones members are buried there.

The investigation started out immediately after the water business alerted police that h2o hadn’t been used at the household in the 3900-block of Middle Avenue. Gasoline and electric powered use experienced also been minimum.

Upon arriving they observed a serious case of hoarding. The dwelling contained jars stuffed with urine and piles belongings throughout the two story household, as perfectly as various cats and canine managing close to the property.

“It was several liters of urine,” stated Lyons Law enforcement Chief Thomas Herion. “There was no running bathrooms. Each room, the front door, the backdoor were absolutely barricaded with debris, packing containers.”
